In our Zone, we offer a wide range of facilities that make life easier and support all employees in working in a pleasant and productive environment — from transportation to shopping, education to development activities, banking services to social amenities, and outdoor walking areas.
Hacettepe Technopolis can be reached by private vehicle via the entrance located on Beytepe Village Road, after passing through the Bilkent and Hacettepe University gates.
For those preferring public transportation, both metro and bus options are available. Visitors arriving at the Beytepe Metro Station can reach Hacettepe Technopolis by taking EGO bus No. 550, which provides a shuttle service to the area.
Additionally, Hacettepe Technopolis offers a free private shuttle service between Beytepe Metro Station and the Technopolis at designated morning and evening hours to facilitate transportation for employees working in the Zone.

For companies operating in our Zone and their staff, a variety of services are provided to ensure comfort and convenience:
- Dining Services: At Fesleğen Restaurant located on the second floor of Block A, both set menu and à la carte dining options are available. On the ground floor of Block A, Tekno Tost offers breakfast services, while Coffee Break and MM Coffee & Snacks provide hot/cold coffee and ready-to-eat food in two separate areas.
- Pharmacy: Teknokent Pharmacy offers pharmaceutical services.
- Stationery & Office Supplies: Operated by Ofiss Kırtasiye, providing stationery, office equipment, gift items, as well as digital printing and copying services.
- Market: Operated by ŞOK Market, offering grocery and daily necessities.
- Banking Services: Finansbank operates an ATM located in front of the parking area of R&D Building 6, Block A.
- Additional Services: A newly operational Car Wash Application Center and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are also available to meet the needs of employees in the Zone.




Hacettepe Technopolis Inc. provides 24/7 uninterrupted security services and common area cleaning for the buildings where companies engaged in R&D and software development operate. The Technopolis employs its own cleaning, gardening, and reception staff, while security services are carried out by SitePlus Private Security Services Inc.
In the Zone, internet services are actively provided via fiber infrastructure and metro Ethernet by Türk Telekom, Turkcell, Vodafone, and 3C1B. Free Wi-Fi service is available in common areas.














Surrounded by forested land, Hacettepe Technopolis offers two parks where company employees can enjoy a pleasant environment—providing spaces for walking, relaxing, and holding meetings. In addition, a dedicated lounge area for employees is available on the ground floor of R&D Building 6, Block A.
In recent years, developments in the automotive sector have significantly increased the number of electric vehicles. The growing presence of electric vehicles in our Zone has led to the investment in electric charging stations.
In 2023, as part of our commitment to being a preventive and environmentally friendly Technopolis, and to contribute to the reduction of human-induced carbon emissions, three charging station locations were commissioned: AC & DC charging points in front of R&D Building 6, Block A, and DC charging points in front of R&D Building 1 and R&D Building 6, Block F.
In line with our responsibility to ensure that the companies and employees in our Zone can work in a productive and pleasant environment, we continue to closely follow innovations and technological developments, working diligently to implement them.
Within Area No. 1 of the Hacettepe University Technology Development Zone, a natural wildlife habitat has been created in the Green Valley area. This habitat is home to 2 fallow deer, 5 red deer, and 6 gazelles. The feeding and care of these animals are provided by Hacettepe Technopolis.
A cooperation protocol has been signed between Hacettepe University and Ankara University regarding the overall operation of the wildlife conservation area. This protocol covers the planning and improvement of the facilities within the area, as well as the provision of veterinary health services for the resident wild animals through the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Ankara University, when needed.
