The purpose of the Information Seminars is to ensure that companies conducting R&D activities at Hacettepe Technopolis can benefit effectively and efficiently from government incentives and support programs, as well as to promote these incentives and support mechanisms.

Objectives of the Information Seminars:

  • To introduce government incentives and support programs directly from the primary source, through the institutions providing them, to businesses.
  • To contribute to enabling beneficiaries of government incentives and support programs to make effective and efficient use of them.
  • To help beneficiaries better understand the procedures and principles of government incentives and support programs.
  • To contribute to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of government incentives and support programs.
     

Through Business Development Trainings, the aim is to help companies conducting R&D activities at Hacettepe Technopolis create new business lines, find new customers, and enhance their marketing capabilities in line with the demands of the era—thus enabling them to establish an effective marketing network in both national and international markets. In this context, e-export trainings are provided to businesses with the goal of improving their competence in online marketing.

Objectives of the Business Development Trainings:

  • To help businesses closely follow new technological developments in exports.
  • To introduce businesses to advanced B2B methods, enabling them to engage with more people and institutions in less time and at lower cost.
  • To support businesses in overcoming market search challenges through technological innovations.
  • To foster the perception that “the whole world is the market”—even for a small business—and to enhance marketing capabilities accordingly.
  • To ensure businesses gain first-hand knowledge about e-commerce support programs.
  • To provide information on the differences and opportunities between B2C and B2B, enabling more effective and efficient use of B2B, which generally has a larger sales scale.
  • To create awareness of digital branding within businesses.
     

The purpose of the Country Promotion Seminars is to introduce new potential export markets to our R&D companies and to help them identify countries suitable for sales and marketing activities aligned with their production, thereby supporting them in creating their annual export plans without time loss.

Objectives of the Country Promotion Seminars:

  • To provide companies with first-hand information on the legal procedures of countries they plan to export to.
  • To inform companies about the support and incentives offered by the countries of interest for economic activities.
  • To help companies select the most suitable countries with export potential for them without losing time during export planning.
  • To strengthen communication and collaboration among companies.
  • To contribute to the growth of international trade relations.
     

Our aim with Trade Delegations is to support the foreign exchange–earning services of our country by increasing the exports of companies conducting R&D activities at Hacettepe Technopolis.

Within this scope, Trade Delegations are organized as follows:

  • Day 1: Trade fair visit and B2B meetings with international companies participating in the fair.
  • Day 2: B2B meetings with local companies in the host country.
  • Day 3: Technical visits to local companies in the host country.
